These terms summarize the booking and service boundaries for The Power Session. They should be reviewed by Ann Igoe, MD or legal counsel before launch.
The Power Session provides medical education, patient advocacy coaching, acceptance work, and resilience coaching. It is not the practice of medicine and does not create a physician-patient relationship.
Dr. Igoe does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment changes, order or interpret testing for an individual case, or replace the client's treating physicians.
The session fee is $2,500 USD for a 45-minute private Zoom session. Because the service is live and held for one client at a time, all sales are final once payment is completed.
No refunds are issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with educational content.
One reschedule is allowed without penalty when at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee.
The Power Session is not emergency care, urgent care, or crisis support. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
