This page explains how application and booking information for The Power Session should be handled. It should be reviewed by Ann Igoe, MD or legal counsel before launch.
The application may ask for name, email address, country or time zone, preferred language, audience type, session priority, and confirmation that the session is education and coaching only.
Applicants should not submit urgent medical questions, medical records, lab reports, imaging, medication lists, or sensitive information that is not requested.
Application information is used to review fit for The Power Session, communicate next steps, send a secure payment link when appropriate, and coordinate scheduling after payment.
The Power Session is not medical care and does not create a physician-patient relationship.
The application, payment, scheduling, video call, and future content scheduling may use Google Forms, Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, and Buffer. Each service has its own privacy and security practices.
